Here is how to fix your tossing mechanics when serving in tennis. Throughout my 10 years of coaching I’ve seen hundreds of serves fail just because of the toss, so here is one thing lots of them have in common. When you’re tossing the ball, the legs shouldn’t be helping you. You don’t need them to toss. You need them later on, to go down and up into the serve.
